A great first impression! You provide the script, and we’ll create the finished product (in .wav or .mp3 audio file or CD format) ready for you to upload to your phone system. Professionally voiced by your choice of either male or female voice talent.

Transcription of existing auto-attendant greeting, voice-mail greeting, or after-hours greeting:

If you already have greetings recorded on your phone system, but you don’t have a written copy of the menus, we can call in to your office and transcribe them for you. We can then help you revise the script, if needed, before creating professional, polished recordings to replace your old greetings.

Add Music:

Complete your VM, AA or AH Greeting by adding background music. Choose your music track from our extensive copyrighted music library on our website.

$25.00 per recording to add to Voice Mail, Auto-Attendant, or After-Hours Greetings (not available with Direct Recording below)

Direct Recording:

If you’d like the avoid the hassle of uploading a recording to your phone system, our voice talent can record DIRECTLY to your voice mail, auto-attendant, or after-hours system, right over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE $59 DIRECT RECORDING FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF EACH GREETING.

Translations:

If you can provide the English to Spanish script translation yourself, our Female voice talent will be happy to record EXACTLY what you provide us. However, if you prefer, we will be happy to translate any English script into Spanish for recording.
